Yes. We guarantee to beat your existing price by at least 10%. If we can’t beat the price we will give you a free bottle of champagne, since we first made this offer 10 years ago we have only given out 1 bottle of champagne.
Q. Are your cleaners trustworthy?
All our staff undergo stringent background checks including police checks, prior to employment.
Q. Are you able to provide rubbish removal?
Yes, we can organise rubbish removal.
Q. Are your cleaners able to lock the premises and set our alarm?
All our cleaners are extremely responsible and trained by our own security staff (Bond Security) on alarms and security procedures.
Q. Can you supply toilet paper?
We can supply a complete range of consumable products and deliver free of charge.
Q. Can you also clean windows?
Yes, we clean all windows including high rise windows.
Q. Can you clean our carpets on the weekend?
Yes, all our services are available 7 days per week and 24 hours a day.
Q. Can you polish or strip and seal a large floor?
Yes, we can undertake cleaning of any type of floor surface and have specialized equipment and staff to undertake these jobs.
Q. Can your machine sweep and scrub large car park?
Yes, we have all the necessary equipment and personnel and can provide free quotes.
Q. Can you also provide security personnel or night patrols to our company?
Yes, in addition to our cleaning services we offer a range of security services including a full range of security guards. Please visit our security website Bond Security Services.
Q.Do you clean houses?
Unfortunately not, we are specialised in commercial cleaning sites.
Q. Do you have Insurance?
Our company is fully insured with $20 million Public Liability Insurance for all types of commercial cleaning and all our workers have the appropriate level of workers compensation Insurance.
Q. Do you have a standard price list of services?
As each site and customer is unique we don’t have set charges, but we offer free quotes at times convenient to you.
Q. I see that you specialise in timber floor refurbishment, do you do timber floors in houses?
No, we only do Timber floors in commercial areas like halls, schools, clubs etc.
Q. If we decide to use Bond Services and need to contact someone regarding our service who do we speak with?
Our cleaners or managers will be happy to accommodate you in any way they can, but you can always call the owners of the company who are directly involved in all areas of operation.
